We are members of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) and operate under its very strict code of practice, which has received Trading Standards Institute (TSI) approval under its consumer codes approval scheme.
Under the IPW scheme we are required to maintain professional indemnity insurance of at least £2 million for the lifetime of every will written.
We are also required to maintain a minimum level of continuing professional development every year to keep up to date with changes in the law and to submit to regular checks by the IPW.
We currently draft hundreds of documents every year but have managed to retain a very personal, tailored service for each and every client.
We offer our services for a fixed fee, which is always quoted in advance.
As IPW members we are banned from selling prepaid probate services which have been heavily criticised both in the press and on TV.
We do not insist on being named as professional executors.
We offer free ongoing advice for the lifetime of the will or lasting power of attorney.
